Hiring Linguistic Annotators

Job Title: Freelance Linguistic Annotators (Multiple Languages)

Location: Remote

 

Responsibilities:

  • Annotate and review linguistic data in Fr-CA, Fr-FR, and potentially other languages.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of linguistic annotations.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide linguistic insights and expertise.
  • Follow annotation guidelines and instructions provided by the project manager.
  • Meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in French Canadian (Fr-CA) and French (Fr-FR).
  • Strong understanding of linguistic concepts and principles.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate annotations.
  • Reliable internet access and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous linguistic annotation experience is a plus but not required.

Additional Information:

  • This is a freelance, remote position, offering flexible working hours.
  • Compensation will be based on the volume and complexity of the annotation tasks.
  • Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure success in the role.
